I founded Spirit of Man in 2021 with a simple belief: men should have a place where looking after themselves feels completely normal.
A place created specifically for men — where health, appearance, and well-being are considered together rather than treated as separate things.
For me, looking good and feeling good are closely connected. That’s why Spirit of Man goes beyond traditional grooming or aesthetics. From advanced skin treatments, hair restoration, and massage to health testing, longevity, and mental well-being, our approach is centred on the whole man.
Just as importantly, I wanted to create an environment where men feel comfortable talking openly about the things that matter to them — whether that's their appearance, their health, their confidence or simply how they're feeling.
Spirit of Man is about changing the way men think about self-care.
Looking after yourself isn't an indulgence. It's an investment in how you look, how you feel and how you live.
