TERMS & CONDITIONS
We understand that occasionally a short notice cancellation may be unavoidable, and if it is possible to reschedule your appointment without causing an issue to the studio operations, we will try to do so.
Because it is often difficult to re-book an appointment slot within 24 hours, we now implement a 24-hour appointment cancellation policy. This policy will now involve a £10.00 deposit being taken at the time of booking any appointment with us. Once your treatment is completed, the deposit amount will be deducted from the bill.
Where late cancellations are notified (including failing to attend without notification) within 24 hours notice, any deposit made at the time of booking will be not be refunded.
We guarantee that where notification to cancel appointments is given, with more than 24 hours notice, deposits will be refunded or offset against any future treatment required.
To help clients minimise the chance of losing their deposits, a text and/or email reminder may be sent out 48 hours ahead of an appointment. Please be aware, you should not rely on this service as unforeseen or technical issues can occur which means we may be unable to send out reminders. It is the client's responsibility to attend any appointment booked with us.
We respect that your time is valuable, and we appreciate that you understand that ours is too. Appointments that are canceled, rescheduled, or not attended often mean that we are unable to use the time allocated for other clients.

GIFT VOUCHERS AND ONLINE GIFT CARDS
Voucher duration - Vouchers are valid for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase. Vouchers cannot be redeemed after date of expiry.
Use of multiple vouchers - Only one gift voucher can be used per treatment booking.
Email Gift Cards - Email gift cards are emailed to the person you have supplied the appropriate email address. The gift card is emailed on purchase.
Postal Gift vouchers - There are additional costs associated with provision of a postal gift voucher. Such costs are added to the voucher cost and shall be paid at the point of purchase. Please allow up to 7 days for delivery of a postal gift voucher.
Voucher redemption - Services must be pre-booked. Vouchers cannot be redeemed by phone, and there is no option for online or email redemption. Redemption contact details are provided on the voucher.
Refunds - All vouchers are non-refundable and non-transferable. No change or credit is given if the voucher value exceeds the total cost of the course – for example where a £100 voucher is used to purchase a £95 service.
Monetary vouchers - Monetary vouchers can be used for part or full payment of a service. If the treatment cost exceeds the gift voucher amount, the balance must be paid in full by cash, credit, or debit card after the treatment has been completed.
Transfer - Vouchers are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Lost or stolen vouchers. Lost, stolen, or destroyed gift vouchers will not be exchanged or refunded.
