CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand that occasionally a short notice cancellation may be unavoidable, and if it is possible to reschedule your appointment without causing an issue to the studio operations, we will try to do so.

 

Because it is often difficult to re-book an appointment slot within 24 hours, we now implement a 24 hour appointment cancellation policy. This policy will now involve a £10.00 deposit being taken at the time of booking any appointment with us. The deposit amount will then be deducted from the bill once your treatment is completed.

 

Where late cancellations are notified (including failing to attend without notification) within 24 hours notice, any deposit made at the time of booking will be not be refunded.

 

We guarantee that where notification to cancel appointments is given, with more than 24 hours notice, deposits will be refunded or offset against any future treatment required.

 

To help clients minimise the chance of losing their deposits, a text and/or email reminder may be sent out 48 hours ahead of an appointment. Please be aware, you should not rely on this service as unforeseen or technical issues can occur which mean we may be unable to send out reminders. It is the clients responsibility to attend any appointment booked with us.

 

We respect that your time is valuable, and we appreciate that you understand that ours is too. Appointments that are cancelled, rescheduled or not attended often mean that we are unable to use the time allocated for other clients.
